| Coming home from a show last Tuesday night and getting up early for school the next day is no fun for me at all. The show itself though went so SPECTACULAR. It was my first and last weekday show but honestly, it did feel so great to see everyone on a weekday after being so swamped with school work.
Now the theater was packed as usual. Thank you so much Jepoy and Mica for coming to watch.. and for that killer (RREAALLLLY killer) hug you guys gave me after the show. Thank you too, tita Maureen for coming all the way from Sucat to watch, especially during a weekday where the traffic’s horrible!.. Heehee. Thank you!!... HmMm.. Ohh yes, Ninang Pepper and Tito Angelo, Sir Alex Cortez, thank you sooo much for coming to watch!.. THANK YOU!!!!..
..It was a GREAT show.. and Congratulations to my Maria for that evening, Liesl, Congratulations!.. It was my last show with her and she was so beautiful and wonderful as always. To my brothers and sisters that night, Vince, Fame, Gabby, Nacho, Eunice and Alessa, we rocked the house!.. I am so proud of you guys. To our Captain Von Trapp (tito Audie Gemora), always a blessing performing with you!.. to my Rolf, that evening, Jamie, Congrats, wooopeeedoooo!.. to Ate Gemma and ate Tess, thank you soooo much for your help in between costume changes.. nyaaargh, and to everyone else!.. a big thank you!.. And to everyone, who made me feel very welcome from the very beginning and for all those huge huggggs!!!... Thank you!... To Nicole and Crisel, from the very beginning, I had so much fun with you guys!.. Thank you for everything!!!... Thank you soooo much po Michael Williams, tito Rem, teacher Ceejay, Ria, tita Deana Aquino, tita Menchu, tita Monique, Liesl, tito Bonggoy, tita Cherie, teacher Jennie, Rina, tita Pinky, Camille, tita Joy, so much people to mention, thank you… and of course to tita Baby Barredo props to every single one of you!!!... A big, big thank you!... I will definitely carry on everything that I have learned from all you. It’s such an inspiration and a complete blessing to have worked with all of you po. I wouldn’t be what I am now without all the teachings and learnings that you have taught me. Thank you po from the bottom of my heart for absolutely everything!... THANK YOU!
HmMm… I just felt like thanking everyone. I really am so blessed to have worked with these wonderful people. Thank you also for all the support from all my family and friends!.. After all the rehearsals, escapades to Starbucks and around Karrivin, escapades around Greenbelt 1, in between shows and rehearsals, picture takings, autograph signings, and to all those unforgettable bonding experiences, it very much is a lot of fun!.. Okay,
so I have precisely 20 min to write this. I have slightly vowed to myself that
I shall be in bed by 12mn whether weekend or weekday. Laugh all you can. HAHA. For
the past week, I have thought it through and agreed to myself that I do need a
lot more sleep. I am so deprived from sleep that my eye bags are sooooo
incredibly evident at this point. Ohh pooo.
Before
anything else, I give my sympathy to Steve Irwin, The Crocodile Hunter. He was
really a hero and a personality that my father and I really admired and so too
to many more people. Because of him, he was the first reason why my dad and I
would watch Animal Planet constantly. Seriously. Steve Irwin, you are a hero.
HmMm..
sooo, “craaaazy week” is pretty much over. Not entirely though. The last couple
of shows of Little Prince the musical were indescribably fun!.. The tears, the
laughter, the friendship, family, unity, our special memories will always be
remembered. I love you guys. I will miss performing with you all. Pictures to
be posted soon on Multiply.
Now,
on the more exciting side, Our class won best performance at the batch diner last
Friday. We did it Oxford!..
It was really unexpecting but we knew we had it within us.
And
yesss!! I got the part in Rep’s Sound of Music.. I’ll be playing Liesl alternating
with Crisel Consunji, Nicole Yulo and Nicole Asensio. I am looking forward to
working with everyone and to rehearsals which btw, start tomorrow!.. New friendships
will definitely arise which is another thing that really, really excites me as
well. Congratulations to everyone!..
Time
to hit the sheets. I am exhausted. Night everyone!.. Mwh!..

HmMmM..
so, the final casting for Rep’s Sound of Music yesterday went well. Tita Baby
Barredo was very pleasurable and without a doubt full of charm. I really
admired her the instant she walked into the audition. All of us really just
enjoyed ourselves and left the auditions with a smile on our face.
My
inner within screamed “OH MY GOLLY GEE!!!!” when my dad received a text this
morning from tito Jaime Del Mundo saying that tita Menchu Lauchengco-Yulo congratulated
me for doing a splendid job. *breathes deeply*. Nicole Yulo, Nicole Asensio,
Crisel Consunji and I were then called this afternoon to get paired up and to
perform with the kids infront of tita Baby again. We all enjoyed ourselves very
much and everything went well. Break a
Leg to everyone!.. You were all so MARVELOUS.
Ohh
and Little Prince’ last couple of performances is this Thursday-Sunday, 10am
and 2pm at the AFP Theater.. just text me for the details. Not to mention it is
the beginning one again of another craaaaazy week. OHH, BLAAAH.
I
am really just about ready to sleep. I am sooo, soooo exhausted!.. I have to be
in school by 11am and its already 12mn. I need my sleeeeep. Mwh!.. night
everyone. :) To others, the stage is the World. And to many, the World is the stage.
